D.Vatchala v. Krishnaveni

C.M.P.No.706 of 2017 in A.S.SR.No.46569 of 2016 P.T.ASHA.J., The respondents 12, 14, 17 and 18 have remained ex-parte before the Trial Court. This application has been filed to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the appeal in O.S.No.166 of 2009.

Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the application and accordingly, this application is allowed and the delay of 47 days is condoned.

2.Notice to the respondents 12, 14, 17 and 18 is dispensed with, only with regard to the condone the delay petition.
