Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the fourth respondent to cause the production of the body and person of petitioner's husband M.Suresh, son of Mani, aged about 30 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking an order in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the fourth respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to produce the petitioner's husband M.Suresh, son of Mani, aged about 30 years, before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu has been arrested in connection with the case registered in Crime No.147/2015 for the offence under Section 399 of IPC. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we are of the view that the petition is liable to be dismissed.
