ORDER

This writ petition was filed challenging the impugned transfer order dated 07.12.2022 passed by the second respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the District Elementary Educational Officer, Dharamangalam dated 02.07.2024. It is seen that the petitioner has now opted for transfer in the transfer counselling and hence appointed as a Primary School Headmaster at Panchayat Union Elementary School, Thottampatti, Salem District. A copy of the relevant proceedings was also placed before this Court.

3. In the light of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 11.09.2024 Index:Yes/No mmi 2/4
