ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to grant police protection for the petitioner to raise the ridge bund in the property ad measuring 3 acre comprised in S.No.239/3, 29 acres comprised in S.No.239/4, 2 acres comprised in S.No.240/1, thus totally ad measuring 34 acres or 85 cents situated at Matrapalli Village, Tirupattur Taluk and District.

On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that on receipt of the complaint, the petitioner was issued with C.S.R.No.38 of 2023. Thereafter detailed enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 20.01.2023.

In view of the above submission, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted and the writ petition is devoid of merits. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
