This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 praying to stay the operation of all further proceedings in pursuance of the Common Judgment and Decree dated 24.04.1997 in O.S.Nos.159 & 313 of 1994 passed by the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore as confirmed by the learned I Additional District Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore vide Judgment and Decree dated 30.06.2000 in A.S.No.164 of 1997, pending disposal of the Second Appeal.
