J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant made a submission that the issues between the parties had already been settled out of Court. The learned counsel for the appellant made an endorsement to the effect in the case bundle.
2. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the appeal suit and accordingly, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal suit. Consequently, A.S.No.769 of 2006 stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
