Respondents PRAYER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the entire records relating to the order dated 28.11.2022 passed by the 2nd respondent in Se.Mu.Order 13513/09/Aa.7/Ve. and to quash the same insofar as the appointment of the respondents 3 and 4 is concerned.

O R D E R

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the period in which the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 were appointed as Administrators of the Dargah and Mosque has already expired. Therefore, both the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 have to make a fresh application for reappointment.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and hence, this writ petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to both the petitioner and the 3rd and 4th respondents to work out their remedy for reappointment in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
