2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is required to number the above Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.660 of 2022, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
