O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police to file referred charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate in accordance with the directions of this Court dated 25.01.2016 passed in Criminal O.P.No.963 of 2016. 2.It is seen that the petitioner's daughter and her new born child died at the time of delivery. Suspecting the death of her daughter, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police and a case was registered in Crime No.1448 of 2014. Since, no progress was shown in the investigation, the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.963 of 2016 before this Court. This Court by an order dated 25.01.2016 disposed of the case recording the submission of the respondent's statement that investigation has been completed and closed and directed the respondent to file the referred charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate with a liberty to the petitioner to file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
protest petition. But, till now the respondents have not filed the referred charge sheet. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer.
3.Heard both sides.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent Police is directed to file the referred charge sheet pertaining to Crime No.1448 of 2014 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already filed. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
