This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to call for the records of the case pending in STC.No.587 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur and quash the same.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter relates to the complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and now the parties have settled the matter between themselves.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter, hence, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
