The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records of the third respondent dated 14.12.2011 bearing No.CO/CHN/HRD and to quash the same with consequential direction to the First Respondent to reinstate the petitioner into the service of the respondent bank with all attendant benefits.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Ramesh, learned counsel representing the previous counsel Mr.Seniyappan, who has passed away submitted that the petitioner has sent a mail dated 08.01.2024 to one Mr.P.Rajavel, associate of Mr.Seniyappan informing to withdraw the present writ petition, which was filed by him.

3. Since the counsel on record has passed away, there is no counsel to make an endorsement in the Court bundle. Hence, taking into consideration of the submission made by the learned counsel, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
