This matter came up for hearing today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that in page No.10 of the order passed by this Court on 26.02.2020, clauses (e) and (h) have been wrongly typed. Hence, corrections are to be made as mentioned in the Memo of Compromise filed by the parties before this Court and the same is to be read as "(e) S.No.381/8 having 0.12 Cents" and "(h) S.No.370/3 having 0.08 Cents", instead of "(e) S.No.381/8 having 0.1 Cents" and "(h) S.No.370/3 having 0. Cents".

3. Except for the above corrections, in all other aspects the order stands as it is. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after carrying out the aforesaid corrections in the order dated 26.02.2020, to the respective parties.
