Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.10419/2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court on 22.04.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.RAJENDIRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10419 of 2019 dated 22.04.2019 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered with cost and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Association, High Court Madras, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, A/c.No.484026006 IFSC.No. IDIB000M157. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
