Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23930/2021 dated on 10/12/2021 and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.THINESH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23930 of 2021 on 10.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
