ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.198 of 2013 on the file of the respondent, insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.198 of 2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore and the same was also taken on file as CC No.149 of 2017.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal original petition is closed.
