Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S LAW VISION, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 22234 of 2021, dated 25.11.2021.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before Town Police Station at 10.30 a.m. monthly twice.
