PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue a No objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA ie., Cross Relaxation Massage in the name and style of "Vinayaka Ayurvedic & Health Care SPA" at Hotel JP. CASTLE, Door No.30A, Old Puthar Street, Sivasakthi Nagar, College Road, Tirupur District by passing orders on petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2022.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue a No objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA ie., Cross Relaxation Massage in the name and style of "Vinayaka Ayurvedic & Health Care SPA" at Hotel JP. CASTLE, Door No.30A, Old Puthar Street, Sivasakthi Nagar, College Road, Tirupur District by passing orders on petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submit that the representation dated 19.12.2022 is not available with the respondent. He further submitted that if the petitioner gives fresh representation that would be considered in the manner known to law.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the petitioner to give fresh representation. On such receipt, the respondent is directed to pass orders in the manner known to law.
