O R D E R

The petitioner is the driver of an Auto. He seeks a mandamus directing the respondent to allot a suitable place for an Auto stand to be set up near the Government Medical College Hospital, Namakkal. He has made a representation on 28.11.2023 to similar effect before R3/Regional Transport Officer, Namakkal.

2. Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents would, aside from acceding to the receipt of representation as aforesaid, also agree that the same will be considered and disposed expeditiously.

3. Hence, mandamus is issued to R3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2023, hear him as well as any others who may be deemed necessary and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law withina period of six (6) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
