Heard Mr.R.Neethi Perumal, learned Government Advocate for the petitioner. Despite notice been served on the respondent and the name and address having been shown in the cause list, none appears for the respondent.

The delay is 159 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 159 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
