(CRIME NO.480/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent every Saturday at 10.30a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 23837/2021 dated 09.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.THINESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23837 of 2021 dated 09.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed.
