ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Relief sought for in this petition is to direct the fifth respondent to conclude the proceedings initiated against the eighth respondent vide notice dated 27.10.2025.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the State would submit that the proceedings initiated by the Tahsildar pursuant to the notice dated 27.10.2025 have been brought to its logical conclusion and an order
has been passed on 27.11.2025.
3. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Leaving it open for the petitioner to take such remedy as may be available under the law, in case the petitioner feels aggrieved by the order dated 27.11.2025, the petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.938 of 2026 is closed.
