ORDER

The petitioner has not been considered for selection, pursuant to a recruitment notification issued by the respondents. The petitioner claims, in this Writ Petition, that he ought to have been selected as he has satisfied all the requisite criteria.

2. Now it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the subject 2/5

recruitment notification has been withdrawn. The circular dated 02.12.2022 withdrawing the subject recruitment notification has also been placed before this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Since the subject notification has been withdrawn, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is always open to the petitioner to workout his remedies if he is so aggrieved in the near future in the manner known to the petitioner under law. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
