ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition in the event of any junior being promoted, and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

In view of the aforesaid submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition if any junior is promoted as Junior Assistant. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
