Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 07.12.2018 in Na.Ka.No.548/2018 passed by the 5th respondent and quash the same; consequently direct the 5th respondent to process the petitioner's tender by opening his price bid in respect of the contract work in the Tender Notification in Na.Ka.No.2898/2018/Vu3 dated 08.11.2018 issued by the 5th respondent.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order rejecting the petitioner's tender on the ground that he is not qualified.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the tender itself has been cancelled, and a fresh tender is going to be called for. In the said circumstances, there is no further adjudication required in the Writ Petition. Hence, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
