Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to pay the petitioner his back wages from 01.04.1993 to 31.03.2008, the Provident Fund, commuted value of pension and gratuity and the arrears of monthly pension from 01.04.2008 till date with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. From till the date of payment and award costs. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Ayyathurai For Respondent : Mr.P.Paramasivadoss

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Mr.P.Paramasivadoss, states that the terminal benefits due to the writ petitioner will be settled within a period of four weeks, along with the balance back wages amount of Rs.83,452/-.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to file necessary Application before the Labour Court for withdrawal of the said amount. In respect of terminal benefits, the same will be paid to the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Thus, no further adjudication is required on the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
