ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) An affidavit of compliance has been filed by the second respondent Revenue Divisional Officer indicating that all the nine encroachers who had been identified have been removed from the spot and there is no further encroachment.

2. Though the petitioner complains that some other encroachers still remain undisturbed, in view of the affidavit filed by the second respondent, it has to be accepted that the encroachers have been removed. The respondent authorities should ensure that there is no further encroachment at the relevant place in any manner whatsoever. The second and third respondents will be held responsible for any future encroachments in the area.

3. Contempt Petition No.828 of 2021 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
