This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.29565 of 2022 on 08.12.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
