The learned counsel for the civil revision petitioner has received the certified copy of the fair and decreetal order in I.A.No.3 of 2021 dated 24.07.2023. Mr. T.M.Mano, would submit that he will file the same into the Registry, today. Since the certified copy of the fair and decreetal order is made available to the Court as well as to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition to dispense with becomes unnecessary and consequently C.M.P.No.1568 of 2024 is dismissed.

2. The Registry is directed to receive the certified copy of the order filed by Mr.Mano and number the revision and post for admission.
