ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to furnish the documents sought by the petitioner in the representation dated 6.9.2025
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since no adverse order has been passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner joined the Syndicate Bank as Probationary Rural Development Officer and retired from service on attaining superannuation on 31.05.2019. He further submitted that a criminal case has been registered against the petitioner by Central Bureau of Investigation in regard to irregularities in disbursement of
loans based on the complaint lodged by the Regional Manager, Syndicate Bank, Coimbatore, for which he sought for necessary documents to defend his case through representations dated 26.09.2022 and 06.09.2025, however there was no response and hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2025 in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
