(Judgment of the Court was delivered by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) It had been noted even earlier that the Registry may delete the name of Mr.S.Thiruvenkataswamy shown as counsel for the appellants. But however, there is an other counsel namely, S.Chandrasekharan whose name is printed in the cause list.

2.Notice had also been directed and affixed in the notice board on 10.12.2025. Today the appeal is listed under the caption for dismissal. There is no appearance for the appellants.
