The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to grant admission to the petitioner in MBBS course in Government Medical Colleges or Self Financing Medical Colleges under MBC category in accordance with merit in selection based on the marks secured by the petitioner in NEET (UG) - 2020 for the academic session 2020 - 2021 under 7.5% Government quota, based on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.11.2020.

2. Since the academic session has expired, the cause arouse in the present Writ Petition did not exist.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st to 3rd respondents would submit that the petitioner was found eligible to secure admission in self-financing Medical College, but the petitioner has not availed

the benefit. That being so, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.
