C.M.P.No.1217 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.1554 of 2023 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 27.06.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.167 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court II, Villupuram.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel, Mr.P.Suresh Srinivasan, appears for the second respondent and he has no serious objection and the first respondent/owner of the vehicle also appears through his counsel before this Court.

4.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 47 days is condoned.

Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
