This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 12.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.14378 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13621 of 2023 to report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on first and last working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates.
