Mr.R.VinothRaja Government Advocate (Crl.Side) COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the second respondent Police to register First Information Report against the accused on the basis of complaint dated 11.12.2021 given by the petitioner to the first respondent herein.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he lodged complaints against the accused on 11.12.2021, but the respondent Police have not taken any action. Hence, the above petitions.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that COP.No.PG1(2)/WZ/4582/42904/2021 has been received. Since the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

scene of occurrence falls within the jurisdiction of M1 Madhavaram Police Station, the complaint has been forwarded to them to take appropriate action within a period for four weeks and the same was informed the same to the petitioner.
