This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P.No.27490 of 2023 dated 12.12.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended till19.02.2024 and no further time shall be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stand dismissed.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
