records relating to Letter No.6520/ Transport/ Pa.Mu.Na.5/2017 dated 26.04.2018 of the First Respondent and TNSTC (Salem)/ PB/ W.P.4507/2017 dated 25.04.2018 of the Second Respondent, to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the Respondents to sanction Tamil Nadu State Government Pensionary benefits to the Petitioner for the services rendered by him from 16.11.1969 to 01.04.1982 in the Tamil Nadu State Transport Department in the light of G.O.Ms.No.96, Transport Department dated 31.07.2015 and disburse the arrears with interest for the delayed disbursement. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner and respondents submit that, that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by decision of this Court in W.P.No.514 of 2019 dated 19.12.2025.

Since the counsels appearing for the parties agreed that the issue involved in the present writ petition are being covered by the decision of this Court, for the reasons alike as stated in the order dated 19.12.2025 in W.P.No.514 of 2019, the writ petition stands dismissed. 3.

The Registry is directed to append the copy of the order dated 19.12.2025 in W.P.No.514 of 2019 to this order. 4.
