J U D G M E N T

Though the matter was posted for several occasions under the caption 'for dismissal' through both the Video Conferencing as well as the physical hearing, also none appeared for the appellant.

2. The suit is filed for recovery of the amount, under Section 49(b) of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Relief Act. Even today there is no representation for the appellant. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
