This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26724 of 2023, dated 15.12.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of charge and thereafter, the petitioner shall report before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
