Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. and thereafter the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m. until further orders dated 25.10.2021 in Crl.MP.No.10777/2021 in Crl.OP.No.14894 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RADHA PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10777 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14894 of 2021 on 25.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that since the petitioner had already deposited Rs.5,00,000/-to the credit of crime number before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates without fail.
