This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants seeking to condone the delay of 133 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Ms. H. Mary Sowmi Rexi, learned counsel appearing the 1st respondent submitted that she has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

3. Despite service of notice to the 2nd respondent and his name having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on his behalf.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
