ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report was filed on 20.06.2023 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvannamalai.
3.In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvannamalai to act upon the final report, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If ultimately, the concerned Court takes cognizance of the offence and issues summons to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
