ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent to take action against the culprit and to give protection to the petitioner on the complaint dated 20.11.2017.

2.The petitioner was directed to implead the obstructor namely Murugesh and though two opportunities were given, no implead petition has been filed, till date.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been closed on 17.01.2018, directing the petitioner to approach the Revenue authorities , since the subject land is Panchayat approved land, classified as Grama Natham.
