O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent police to register the FIR against the accused on the basis of complaint dated 23.12.2021 given by the petitioner to the second respondent herein. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner and his father were injured, wound certificate is also attached along with the complaint. The complaint dated 23.12.2021 has not been acted upon and no FIR has been registered.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint of the petitioner C.S.R.No.193 of 2021 assigned. On the complaint of the counter complainant viz., Madhesh, C.S.R.No.194 of 2021 on 10.12.2021. Both the petitioner and the counter complainant were called for enquiry, if they appear before the respondent police for enquiry, preferably within a period of three weeks enquiry would be conducted.

4.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the materials, this Court directs the petitioner and the counter complainant to appear before the respondent police on 10.02.2022. Thereafter the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry and also directed to file either a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation to the petitioner herein.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
