This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to S.T.C.No.188 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti and quash the same as illegal. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the S.T.C.No.188 of 2013 has been disposed of by the Court below on 10.10.2018 itself and nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition. Therefore, he prayed to dismiss the same. 3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, that the S.T.C.No.188 of 2013 has been disposed of on 10.10.2018, this Criminal Original Petition become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
