CMP Nos.2149, 2156 & 2158 of 2024 in C.M.A. Sr No.29917 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., These petitions have been filed to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 4th respondent in the above appeal in CMA SR No.29917 of 2023.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and hence, all these petitions are allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the relevant records.
