A challenge has been made to the impugned order dated 16.12.2024 of the Trial Court, allowing the Execution Petition filed by the Decree Holders.

2. Notice to the respondents is dispensed with, as no adverse order is going to be passed against them.

3. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that against the order passed in R.C.O.P.No.217 of 2018, an appeal in R.C.A.No.36 of 2023 has been preferred before the Principal Sub Court, Coimbatore, by the revision petitioner and the respondents / landlords also appeared before the said Court. He further submitted that no stay has been granted and the interim application is posted for orders.

4. In such view of the matter, the Principal Sub Court, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the application filed for interim stay within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the Executing Court shall not issue any warrant for delivery. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is 2/4

disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
