ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2014 dated 18.11.2015 in Crl.R.C.No.1411 of 2011.

2. This Court while disposing of a Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C. No.1411 of 2011, had given directions by oder dated 15.06.2012 that only after the disposal of all the Writ Petitions, Revision Petitions and Civil Suits, the petitioner/ Investigating Officer can proceed with the investigation and till then, it has to be kept in abeyance.

Subsequently, the petitioners tried to modify the said condition by filing a petition in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2014 and this Court, by order dated 18.11.2015, reiterated the earlier order passed by this Court on 15.06.2012 and dismissed the petition by observing that though the connected writ petitions were disposed of, the civil cases are still pending.

3. Now, once again the petitioners have filed the present petition for modification of the said condition, whereas, even today, there is no change of circumstances. Still civil suits are pending and the subject matter of the property is covered under the civil suits.

4. Since there is no change of circumstances, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
