Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.Mp.No.13827/2019 in Crl.A.NO.554/2019 dated 11.11.2019 that the condition the petitioner shall stay at Hosur and report before the Town Police Station, Hosur every day at 19.30 a.m., until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. L.MAHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.) This petition is filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13827 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.554 of 2019 dated 11.11.2019.

2.We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.Considering the submissions made on either side to the effect that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 11.11.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.13827 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.554 of 2019, this Court is constrained to modify the same. Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in a month at first working day until further orders.
