In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, we do not find any averment to reject the prayer of the petitioners to condone the delay of 277 days in filing the appeal, challenging the order of the learned Single Judge, inasmuch as the revenue records produced by learned State Government Pleader shows that the land in question is classified as "anatheenam". Hence, the delay is condoned.
