CMP.NOs.1197,1198 & 1199/2011 IN SA.NO.1825/1998 GJJ CMP.Nos.1197,1198 and 1199 of 2011 these three applications are for condoning delay of 5198 days in filing petition to set aside abatement, caused due to death of sole Appellant and to bring on records the legal representatives of the deceased appellant Mr.C.G.Nataraja Mudaliar.
